Our monthly four course dinner series served overlooking the vineyard and our panoramic views as the sun sets, concludes the 2023 season with a country style Italian meal prepared by Chef Cosimo Soria owner of Francesca's Italian Restaurant
who returns from Italy to cook for us!
He will prepare a classic Porchetta - whole
roasted piglet stuffed with herbs & garlic.
